I've been involved with the visual arts for over thirty years. Born originally in Auckland, I lived most of my life in Sydney before recently returning to New Zealand. After spending many years supporting other artists and their projects (and still do!), I finally have the opportunity to bring together a range of skills, ideas and concepts to create and share immersive experiences through art installations. My extensive experiences with Burning Man events around the world as both participant and an organiser has informed and shown the importance of immersive encounters particularly in a festival/event context. The Aqueerium (current project) brings together a love of the marine, soft toys, climate emergency, projections, lighting and kooky to take you 'under the sea'.
